You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Packaging Requirements

Because our items are highly fragile, all returned products must be in their exact original packaging. Returns without their original protective packaging cannot be accepted, as this compromises their safety during transit back.

Refund Processing

Product value refunds are processed once the items have safely reached our warehouse and passed inspection. Shipping deposits are non-refundable once the order has left our facility.
