Return & Refund Policy

• 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

• Packaging Requirements: Because our items are highly fragile, all returned products must be in their exact original packaging. Items returned without the original protective packaging cannot be accepted, as this compromises the safety of the product during transit back to our facilities.

• Refund Processing: Refunds for the product value will be processed once the returned items have safely reached our warehouse and passed inspection. As stated, shipping deposits are non-refundable once an order has left our facility.
